Terms and Conditions – Frá Ís til Safari


Description:

1. Booking and Payment

• A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The full amount must be paid no later than 60 days before departure.

• Payment plans are available and must be followed as agreed upon during registration.

• Bookings are confirmed once payment is received.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made in writing via email.

• Refunds are available based on the following schedule:

• More than 60 days before departure: 80% refund

• 30–59 days before departure: 50% refund

• Less than 30 days: No refund

• Missed flights, delays, or visa issues are the traveler’s responsibility and are not refundable.

3. Travel Insurance

• All travelers must have valid travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip delays, cancellations, and lost baggage.

• Frá Ís til Safari is not responsible for any costs not covered by your insurance.

4. Changes to Itinerary

• We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, road conditions, or safety issues.

• Any changes will be communicated in advance, and we will always do our best to provide equal or better alternatives.

5. Passports, Visas & Vaccinations

• Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have a valid passport, visa, and required vaccinations before departure.

• We are happy to assist with information, but all legal documents are your personal responsibility.

6. Code of Conduct

• We expect all travelers to respect the local culture, the guide, fellow travelers, and all staff.

• Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in being removed from the trip with no refund.

7. Liability

• Frá Ís til Safari is not liable for personal injury, illness, damage, loss, or delay caused by third parties (hotels, airlines, tour operators).

• Participation is at your own risk.

8. Force Majeure

• We are not responsible for any cancellations or disruptions caused by events outside our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or political unrest).

9. Privacy Policy

• Your personal data will only be used for booking and communication purposes. We will never share your details without consent.
